What's It
All About?

The run was first started by the Rock ladies in 2019 to raise funds and to support charities that have helped members in our community. Since then the Rock Community Hub ('Friends of Rock') has taken over the run and transformed the whole structure of the run while rebranding it as Rock5

This Years Charity

A donation will be made to Air Ambulance Northern Ireland following the run. This worthwhile cause has provided an essential service around the region but particularly in rural areas. To learn more click the button below
